Belarusian propagandist, historian, political scientist, and publicist. He holds a Candidate of Historical Sciences degree and is the editor-in-chief of the socio-political and popular science magazine Belaruskaya Dumka.

From 2016 to 2021, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences at Belarusian State University (BSU). Since 2023, he has been the Director General of the National Library of Belarus. As a propagandist for the Lukashenko regime, he is under sanctions imposed by 27 European Union countries and several other states.
